Intro to SUP
The Naramata shoreline is perfect for teaching beginner paddle boarding lessons. Both sides of Penticton can get the full force of a south or north wind, so the village provides two protected bays to ensure there’s always calmer water in at least one of them. Our beginner boards are very stable, regardless of your size, making them ideally suited for Okanagan Lake. This 90-minute session includes equipment familiarization, dry land, water safety, fundamental paddling techniques, and all equipment – board, paddle, leash PFD, and whistle.
