Eileen was super helpful in selecting a quality board for the right price – she never tried to sell or push anything over my budget. She was kind enough to meet in the off-season when the shop wasn’t even open yet. Rentals are also very affordable for when family & friends come into town. Thank you Eileen 🙂

Eileen is my go-to person for Sup knowledge and stock of high quality boards and related merchandise. I find Eileen and her crew at the shop to be a generous source of information about everything related to paddle boarding and local conditions, plus they make you feel so welcome! Sun N’ Sup is a real gem of a paddling retail destination in the southern Okanagan.

The service and knowledge provided by Eileen is immensely better than anything online. She spent almost an hour with me going over options for boards and answering all my questions. When I came to pick up the board, she and Rachel showed me all the parts, how to get everything working and packed up again. I was blown away. I have 0 regrets about buying a higher quality and more expensive board because I know I’ll have a great time with it. I absolutely recommend this place.

Where to begin! From the moment we walked into Sun n’ Sup to the end of our lesson, the service was nothing short of friendly, professional and above all knowledgeable. The owner Eileen suggested a lesson along with the rental as I had only been paddling once prior and anxiety was flowing…simply can’t thank her enough. David our instructor was top notch from safety elements to proper form and paddling tips. He was extremely patient, very personable and the 2 hours literally flew by (okay well after my legs stopped shaking. Great experience and Awesome price equals Best memory!!!

We arrived late in the season and were planning to SUP only to find out the day we decided to paddle they would already be closed. After talking to Eileen she offered to let us rent the day after she closed as long as we texted before hand and got the boards back to her before her afternoon appointment. The day was so nice Eileen ended up on the water with us for a span. Thank you Eileen for being so flexible, it really made our trip special and complete!

After renting for years at Sun n SUP, I bought a paddleboard here. Great experience – I got a board suitable for my skill level and lots of follow up instruction on setting up the board for the first time. We’ll be back to paddle beautiful Naramata and to take more lessons!

I want to thank Eileen and her staff for getting us onto the paddle boards that suited us best! Sun ‘n’ Sup let us try several boards til we found the ones for us, then helped us out with paddles, PFDs and other accessories.Great service, great people…you can’t go wrong here!

We rented paddle boards from here a few weeks ago and the service was great. We talked mostly with Eileen and asked her a lot of questions about SUP’s and you can tell she is passionate about it and she knows her stuff. Based on talking to her I already have a pretty good idea of what brand I want to buy when I do. The rentals were great. I think we may have went a bit over our time but they never said anything. Highly recommended!

I bought three boards from Sun n’ Sup. One hard Rogue last year and two inflatable ones this summer, one Kahuna and one RED. After using the Kahuna a few times the glue was visible all around the seams, I mentioned it to Eileen the owner of the store, and she met us a couple hours later to have a look and took pictures to send to the Kahuna rep. I thought that was really good customer service. Two days later she phoned me to let me know that Kahuna was sending me a brand new board, so I was equally impressed with the customer service from Kahuna. The funny thing is that the Kahuna was a great board, but the RED just suit me better, so I mentioned it to Eileen, and she was totally fine with me exchanging the Kahuna for another RED board. I could tell that she wanted me to be happy with my board. 
This store does not sell any cheap boards. They sell high quality boards that will last for years. Just like everything else you get what you pay for. I have been comparing my boards to boards from London Drugs and MEC, and I can totally see why I paid more. The quality is way higher. I’m very happy with my boards and I’m having a lot of fun!

Rented 4 kayaks and 7 paddle boards here for a 2 hour session. The equipment was top notch and the staff was fantastic. Great experience. Thanks guys!

Best place to rent or buy paddle boards in the Okanagan! The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Great selection of boards and the staff will help you choose the right one for your needs. While you are there you can also buy some trendy clothes, gear or a souvenir t-shirt. Grab your board or book a lesson and you have your choice of numerous beaches steps away from the store.
